Sunday lunch at home (on the Gold Coast)

Our last day on the Gold Coast, so an obligation to eat everything in the fridge (well, at least try)!!  We always over buy because we love to eat in.  So - the menu:

BBQ Black Angus Steak
BBQ Whole Spring Onions
Roasted Potato Chips
Roast Pumpkin
Mushrooms sauteed in garlic, onion, parsley and chilli
Yellow Zucchini w garlic and Chard

And if you're gonna have a steak, it should be good.  We love shopping at the Farmer's Markets at the Brickworks when we arrive.  Prime Meat always delivers good meat.  Not cheap, but........
